When selling a good business the buyer and the seller both have an interest in preserving the value of the business in the process. Obviously the Buyer wants the value of the business preserved so that it’s continued success is possible.
Our sellers do not want employee’s, customers, vendors, lenders or competitors’ knowing their business is for sale.
